About BEIJING BUFFET

Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. Typical hours are 11 amβ9 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. Ventura is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Ventura is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Very, very disappointed in this place. Extremely limited selection of chinese cuisine. Almost all of it was over cooked and on the verge of being inedible. Sushi was warm this is not good. We came all the way from San Diego. This should be returned back into a Sizzler! The worst buffet I've ever and I mean EVER been to. RUN AWAY from this place!

Was there for lunch. Not many selections, fried green beans are not fully cooked. Edamame was not fully cooked, either. Rice on sushi was hard, maybe they have been sitting for a long time? Most likely my last visit. Servicers are very attentive, always come and clear plates as soon as possible. Big thumb up for them. Oh, and soft serve ice cream is good.

We enjoyed our experience here. Happy with the selection of crab legs, sushi, and steak! Didnβt try the oysters but they were available too. Would love to see more dessert options in the future and more picky palate options for kids (Mac n cheese, etc.)

Highly recommended. Very light food, I got a lot, and didnβt feel overwhelmed. Not a big assortment of rolls and sushi, but all yum!

Went for lunch at 1:30pm on Martin Luther King Day. Rather than honor Dr. King they Charged patrons ALL day the Dinner price of $26.99, rather than paying the lunch price of $17.99. Had food leftover & they refused to let me take it home. Said that it would be thrown in the trash very wasteful. So take your own to go containers
